All products supplied by Shree Rubber Company are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to comply with these terms.

Pricing & Payment

1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms mentioned in the invoice or quotation.

3. Late payments may attract additional charges as applicable.

Orders & Delivery

1. Orders are processed subject to product availability.

2. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Freight, transportation, and handling charges (if any) shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty & Liability

1. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects only.

2. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper usage, mishandling, or wear and tear.

3. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion).

Returns & Claims

1. Any claims regarding quantity, quality, or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Products once sold will not be taken back unless authorized by the company.

Use of Products

1. Our products are designed for specific industrial and agricultural applications.

2. The company is not responsible for misuse or application outside recommended guidelines.

Force Majeure

1. Shree Rubber Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to natural calamities, strikes, transportation delays, or any events beyond our control.

Jurisdiction

1. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kalyan, Maharashtra.
