Introduction of Slip Seal Grease
UNIT Slip Seal Grease is high-performance Lithium complex grease designed for lubrication of slip seal for rotary kiln application. It is fortified with a synergistic blend of extreme pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, and anticorrosion additives and is characterized by high dropping point, outstanding oxidation stability, high extreme pressure capability, and a reversible viscosity-temperature behavior. Its unique flow property along with a high degree of shear stability and water resistance. It is recommended slip seal application for heavy-duty steel plant and engineering applications where resistance to high temperatures, loads and water is critical, typical applications include slip seal application in rotary kilns in sponge iron units, continuous casters, and run out rolls in steel plants in steel plants.
