Hexagonal V-Belt

We are offered in Oscar Zblac V-Belt, KisanGold V-Belt, Tiger V-Belt & Paras V-Belt with ISI Certification.

Introduction of Hexagonal V-Belt
Hexagonal V-Belt, also called a Double-Sided V-Belt, is used in drives where power needs to be transmitted from both the top and bottom sides of the belt, such as in serpentine drives or reverse rotation pulley systems. These belts are widely used in agricultural, textile, and industrial machines.
Key Features:
- Power transmission from both sides.
- Ideal for reverse rotation drives.
- High flexibility and load-bearing capacity.
- Smooth operation even in complex pulley layouts.
- Long life with resistance to cracking and slippage.
- Oil, heat, and abrasion resistant.
Construction Detail:
- Top & Bottom Driving Surfaces: Enable bi-directional power transmission.
- Cords: High-strength polyester or aramid for low stretch.
- Rubber Compound: Heat, oil, and abrasion resistant.
- Fabric Wrap: For grip, flexibility, and durability.
Standard Sizes & Sections :
FHP V-belts come in standardized cross-sections, typically labeled as:
- AA Section (12.7 mm top width)
- BB Section (16.7 mm top width)
- CC Section (22.2 mm top width)
Each belt is marked with a specific length code, indicating its inside length (Li), pitch length (Lp), or outside length (La) depending on the manufacturer.

Applications:
- Agriculture
Combine harvesters, rotavators, threshers. - Textile Mills
Looms with reverse direction drives. - Packaging
Box folding, paper converting machines. - Industrial
Roller conveyors, complex pulley drives. - Printing
Reverse motion rollers.
Advantages:
- Bi-directional drive on serpentine layouts.
- Heavy-duty construction for tough industrial agricultural use.
- Smooth motion, low vibration.
- High load-bearing capacity.
- Long belt life and low maintenance.
